Salus Bioscience Warranty Statement

Salus Bioscience warrants that its products will meet their published specifications against workmanship and material and when used in accordance with their instructions for a period of thirteen months from date of shipping from a Salus Bioscience warehouse.  In the event of a failure to the product specifications, Salus Bioscience, at its discretion, shall repair or replace the applicable product.  No product shall be returned without Salus Bioscience’s explicit written authorization.  If Salus Bioscience chooses not to repair or replace the product, Salus Bioscience will refund all monies paid for such applicable product or part. 

This is a Limited Warranty, and the only warranty given by Salus Bioscience.  It covers the product only and the extent of the coverage is limited to the cost of the product.  No person is authorized to give any other warranty or assume obligation or liability in Salus Bioscience’s behalf.

SALUS BIOSCIENCE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL SALUS BIOSCIENCE BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ECONOMIC LOSS OR PROPERTY DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY ANY CUSTOMER.
